Mr. Naimi holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Bangalore University and brings over 17 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, policy planning, and program management. His leadership background includes serving as the Deputy Mayor of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, Policy and Planning Director at the Afghanistan Railway Authority, and Head of the M&E Team at the Independent Directorate of Local Governance.

He possesses extensive expertise in strategic planning, M&E framework development, stakeholder coordination, and performance and compliance enhancement. Recognized for his collaborative leadership style, Mr. Naimi is dedicated to achieving impactful, sustainable results through innovative team management practices.

Note: Mr. Naimi is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Suffolk in the UK.
