Humans are born with differences, but the sad reality is that our generation is unjust. The inborn differences are blessings, while man-made injustices are the root cause of every problem. One with an abundance of hope, wealth, and future, whereas the other with a circle of homogeneous-made adversity. One is enjoying life to the fullest, the other is suffering from the miseries. This is not limited to east or west of our globe, everywhere! Considering what is said, if mankind could be evil, it can also be angelic. When a group could seize every opportunity by brutality, the other could save lives, mature talents, lead a cause, and build our small global village. This motive drives us to adopt the slogan of “We are here to serve humanity”. This leads us to think about a world of just and a build a future in which man-kind regardless of their faith, race and nationality, experience a life of dignity with all comfort opportunities.

Part of the small global village, our wounded homeland and its people need care. We inherited a poor country, and the daily lives of its citizens are far more difficult and challenging than those of their counterparts in other nations. The dream is an ever-developing country with a strong economy that can provide decent living opportunities for all our people until one enjoy the life to the fullest considering all ethical and legal standards. Though fulfilling the said dream is governments main job while private sector plays pivotal role. Under the private sector activities and feeling social responsibilities, we come to the decision to establish a large platform of profit and non-profit entities under a single umbrella to contribute to the achievement of the said dream.

With the vision of grouping institutions to offer true-life solutions that serve humanity, I, Qeyamuddin Bahram, on January 1st, 2026 established The Nokhbagan Group. The group’s mission is to unite profit and non-profit organizations as well as visionary and dynamic individual business mindsets within a federated coordination framework, enabling each entity or individual to retain their legal and operational independence while working collectively toward shared goals. The Group leverages business activities in services, consulting, logistics, trade, construction, and production to generate sustainable internal resources, which, together with external donor support, strengthen its social and humanitarian activities. By combining capacities, strategic collaboration, and donor engagement, the Group ensures that its member institutions and individuals can maintain operational stability, maximize the expected impact and achieve long-run results.

One of the key members of the Group is NH Consulting Company, which serves as a central platform for delivering integrated professional services. These include Business Development Services (BDS), comprehensive NGO support and fundraising, and specialized Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research (MER). By combining strong local insight with international standards, NH supports government institutions, development partners, NGOs, and private sector actors to design practical solutions, strengthen performance, and achieve sustainable development outcomes across Afghanistan.
