Mr. Edris Abrar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kateb University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Kabul University. He has over 10 years of experience working with NGOs and development programs in Afghanistan, with expertise in project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), proposal writing, and training. He is skilled in MEAL systems, data analysis, and reporting, and has contributed to Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) projects and accountability mechanisms. Mr. Abrar has held key roles including MER Lead, M&E Officer, and Project Manager, demonstrating strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. He is fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English and is committed to delivering effective and impactful program results.
