- Conduct impartial field verification and analysis, including scheduled and unannounced site visits, record reviews, direct observation of activities, and beneficiary interviews.
- Apply tailored monitoring checklists to evaluate performance, compliance, and risks in a structured and systematic manner.
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing findings into transparent, actionable reports that highlight results, gaps, and opportunities for learning or course correction.
- Facilitate reflective workshops and stakeholder engagements to interpret findings collaboratively and strengthen accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
