Establishment of Women-Led Carpet Weaving and Honey Processing Cluster Centers
Nokhbagan Hoshmand (NH) Management Consultancy Company is implementing a livelihoods and enterprise development initiative in partnership with the Afghan Youth Empowerment Organization aimed at strengthening sustainable income opportunities and economic resilience among women engaged in traditional and agricultural value-chain businesses.
The project focuses on establishing specialized women-led cluster business centers supported through comprehensive assessments, provision of essential equipment, targeted capacity development, and practical business training to enhance productivity, product quality, and market competitiveness.

Nokhbagan Hoshmand (NH) Management Consultancy Company implemented a comprehensive business resilience strengthening initiative aimed at improving the sustainability, productivity, and market readiness of women-led enterprises across Badakhshan Province.
The project focused on providing integrated technical support, capacity development, targeted asset assistance, and financial inclusion facilitation to enhance the operational performance and long-term viability of local businesses.
Establishment and Operationalization of WADA Women’s Business Center
Nokhbagan Hoshmand (NH) Management Consultancy Company is currently implementing a comprehensive economic empowerment initiative focused on strengthening the resilience, competitiveness, and sustainability of women-led enterprises in Badakhshan Province.
The project supports the establishment and operationalization of a Women-Led Business Center (WADA) designed to serve as a long-term institutional hub for business development, financial inclusion, technical capacity building, and market access for rural women entrepreneurs.
Socio-Economic Study of Vulnerable Women in Panjshir
Nokhbagan Hoshmand (NH) Management Consultancy Company conducted a comprehensive socio-economic research assignment aimed at generating evidence-based insights into the living conditions, economic challenges, and development needs of vulnerable women across seven districts of Panjshir Province.
